November 2014: 1. Meeting in Lithuania

Getting to know each other

What was our special role in European history? Not in Klaipeda, but between the meetings

European Day with teachers, students, parents and guests from the community, journalists promoting the project.
Not in Lithuania because there were no pupils included.

Exchanging email lists, Skype numbers or face-book accounts for further communication

Talking about the budget and what is to be considered

Talking about our expectations concerning in next meetings (host families, programs, organization of the trip to Brussels)

March 2015: 2. Meeting in Brussels

Only Spain and Germany and only with a small program went to Brussels, we didn't get money for this Meeting

Visiting the Parlamentarium, contacting the management of the Parlamentarium and tell them of our project

Taking part in the Legislative Workshop for students,
no possibility in this week

Meetings with the European Parliamentarians of the Regions we come from

Visiting a Parliament session,
not possible that week

What happened before the EU started?
A long period of wars in Europe, not enough time to visit the War Museums and Battlefields around Brussels

Presentations of the six different roles in EU-history, cancelled

Dividing the story of the musical into acts (depending on the time-line of history) and talking about the plot, who is responsible for what? Later in Poland

May 2015: 3. Meeting in Poland

Working on the guidelines and the main plot of our musical, similar DVD format etc. later in Turkey and Italy

Text for dialogues (action on stage)and background information (multimedia content presented on a screen in the background and the text for the background narrator) first version

March 2016: 6. Meeting in Spain

Lithuania will perform in September

Sending the recorded performances on DVD in mother tongue and one act in English to Spain
